Contact me on Upwork to confirm your brief, price, scope, and timeline. Work begins under an agreed Upwork contract or another approved payment arrangement. Monthly packages indicate recurring editing options; any renewal or cancellation terms must be confirmed in the contract.

ARTICLE 5: Delivery
Standard delivery is within 48 hours after the approved brief, usable footage, required assets, and payment arrangement are confirmed. Larger or more complex projects may require a separately agreed timeline. Finished videos are delivered through Upwork, with revisions within the agreed brief.
ARTICLE 6: Custom services and cancellation
Video editing is a custom service. Once work has started, cancellation may be subject to work already completed. Any cancellation or refund must comply with applicable law and the rules of the platform through which the project was purchased.

I aim to deliver the agreed edit and address clear revision feedback within the approved brief. If the final result still does not match that brief after revisions, the 100% money-back guarantee applies according to the Refund Policy. Applicable statutory rights remain in force.
